Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
In the fourth book of the Harry Potter series, Harry has returned to Hogwarts for another year of magical mischief. The students at Hogwarts are invited to compete in an event called the Triwizard Tournament. When Harry's name mysteriously slips into the goblet of names that are being chosen, Harry embarks on a journey full of very trying times within the competition. The illustration on the front cover and the first page of each chapter are detailed and closely follow the descriptions given in the book.

Since we see Harry feeling inadequate upon finding out that he will be competing in the tournament, teachers may use this book to show that even the weaker link can sometimes come out on top if they can play to their strengths and believe in themselves.
Harry Potter is a favorite across the board. I think we all should have a copy of great books like this for our students. Keeping reading interesting and fun is so important to me.
